Sheraton Towers Singapore Hotel

The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the city heat. I also appreciated the sauna and steam room facilities available by the poolside. It was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

Excellent service by Helen Banes at the Dining. She accommodated us on a busy holiday night and served delicious food and coffee. Our stay was enjoyable with beautiful amenities, including a clean pool and well-maintained gym equipment. The staff even prepared a complimentary birthday cake for our celebration.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, with many restaurant options nearby, and it was right next to the MRT, making it easy to reach the city center. The room was comfortable and the staff provided excellent service, even accommodating my request for a pack of cigarettes late at night. the internet was fast and reliable, averaging 10mbps. The hotel also had a great breakfast and the option to access a club lounge with a continental breakfast offering.

A minor issue with the pipes in the neighboring room, which created a screeching sound when the shower was used.

Great stay after 12 years, perfect management and staff, ideal location, beautiful greenery view, nearby Asian food.

Great location, very close to public transportation and surrounded by beautiful waterfalls. The accommodation was spacious and clean, with a wide selection of breakfast options. The hotel had a sauna, steam room, gym, and swimming pool. We appreciated the helpful staff, especially when we overslept and they gave us pastry to take away for breakfast.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Swimming pool with Sun loungers, were all impressive. the private facilities of the room were amazing, the In-room breakfast was delicious and the Bar/ Lounge area boasted a nice ambiance. the location advantages were numerous, with the beautiful Garden area, Outdoor swimming pool, Sun terrace, and Beach umbrellas.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the Poolside snack bar was understaffed, resulting in a bit of a wait.

The location of this hotel is perfect, just next to the Newton train station, making it convenient to explore this city. It is also close to great food places and the shopping area of Orchard Road. The hotel facilities are great, with a lovely pool area and a service bar. The staff at this hotel are friendly and courteous, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the cleanliness of the room was perfect.
